Nylatron GS

Nylatron® GS is a premium engineering-grade nylon material manufactured by MCAM (Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials) and supplied by TEPP Plastics in both nylon strip and part form. Nylatron GS is available in thicknesses ranging from 0.25 mm to 3.18 mm for strip and precision components. Full plastic sheets are also available in heavier gauges for machining and fabrication applications.

This material is a MoSâ‚‚-filled Nylon PA66, engineered to improve strength, rigidity, and wear performance. Its low linear thermal expansion allows parts to maintain dimensional stability, resulting in improved fit and reduced risk of seizing in dynamic or load-bearing applications.

Nylatron® NSM Engineering Plastic

Nylatron® NSM was developed specifically for demanding industrial applications requiring exceptional wear resistance and long service life. This premium engineering plastic is commonly used for wear bars, bearings, and high-load sliding components, where durability and reliability are critical.

Its enhanced formulation provides excellent resistance to abrasion and friction, making it suitable for continuous-duty environments.

Tepmax® 66 Nylon Sheet and Strip

Tepmax® 66 is a versatile Nylon 66 engineering plastic designed for a wide range of industrial applications. Its combination of high mechanical strength, toughness, excellent wear resistance, and good sliding performance makes it a dependable solution for both machined parts and strip applications.

Additional benefits include high electrical resistance and good machinability, allowing for efficient production of precision components.

Tepmax® MDS Nylon 66 (MoSâ‚‚ Filled)

Tepmax® MDS is a MoSâ‚‚-filled Nylon 66 engineered to deliver improved wear resistance, increased strength, and extended service life. The addition of molybdenum disulfide enhances friction resistance, making this material well-suited for everyday industrial applications where reduced wear and longer component life are required.

Nylomos™ Nylon 66 Engineering Plastic

Nylomos™ is a TEPP Plastics trademarked Nylon 66 material, formulated with MoSâ‚‚ filler to enhance wear resistance and mechanical performance. It is commonly used in applications requiring consistent performance under load and repeated movement.

Tepmax™ ACT Acetal Copolymer

Tepmax™ ACT is an acetal copolymer engineering plastic known for its low moisture absorption, excellent dimensional stability, and high impact resistance. These properties, combined with strong mechanical performance and stiffness, make it an ideal material for components operating in wet or humid environments.

Tepmax ACT is physiologically inert and suitable for food-contact applications, making it a reliable choice for hygienic and moisture-sensitive environments.
