Precision Nylon Strip for Global Production

TEPP Plastics specialises in thin nylon strip manufactured for industrial and engineering applications. Standard strip thicknesses range from 0.25 mm through 3.18 mm. Depending on material and thickness, reels can be slit to widths from 8 mm through 304 mm, with custom widths available in 1 mm increments and continuous lengths of up to 500 metres.

These formats are well suited to efficient production of washers, gaskets, shims, seal rings, sleeve bearings, spacers, guides, and wear components. Customers may also request full sheets, rods, or finished and semi finished components in a range of engineering plastics.

Our material range includes Tepmax® 66, Nylatron® GS, Nylomos™, Tepmax™ ACT acetal copolymer, and other engineering plastics selected for strength, wear performance, dimensional stability, or application specific requirements. Technical data sheets are available to support material selection.
